Appointment Policy
All patients are seen by appointment only.  Please arrive at your appointment on time, or 15 minutes prior to your appointment if you are a new client.  If for some reason you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance, if possible.

Emergency cases will receive top priority, followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.  At times, patients may need to be left at Allentown Cat Clinic, PC for further examination, diagnosis and treatment.  If your cat is admitted to the clinic, a deposit may be required.

If you are a new client, or have a "patient" that is new to our practice, you can download and complete a new client / cat registration form to bring to your appointment.  Shave some time off of your visit!
 
Patient Arrival Policy
For the safety of your cat and the clinic cats, we request that all cats be presented in an appropriate carrier or on a leash.  Thank you.
 
Payment Policies
Payment is required at the time of service.

A treatment plan is available upon request.

If your cat is admitted to the clinic for medical or surgical services, a deposit may be required.  Full payment is due when your cat leaves the Clinic.

Payment by Cash, Check, Debit, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or CareCredit is accepted.
