of it's patients and clients. Our privacy policy is simple:
We do not sell or share any information to
third party vendors.
Therefore, at no time will any of your information be
given out without the explicit written consent of the client.
If you need to have your cat's records sent to
another facility, or if you require us to give
information to a shelter, you can request a fax form
by mail, or download the Request For Release
Of Medical Records / Information Form
from our forms area.
