Appointment Policy
All patients are seen by appointment only. Please arrive at your appointment on time, or 15 minutes prior to your appointment if you are a new client. If for some reason you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance, if possible.
Emergency cases will receive top priority, followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments. At times, patients may need to be left at Allentown Cat Clinic, PC for further examination, diagnosis and treatment. If your cat is admitted to the clinic, a deposit may be required. All surgeries require a $150.00 deposit at time of booking.
Patient Arrival Policy
For the safety of your cat and the clinic cats, we request that all cats be presented in an appropriate carrier or on a leash. Thank you!
